For student who need to accept or decline student loans in Financial Aid Self-Service

Step-by-step guide

For accepting or declining student loans.

  1. Login to your My PCCC Portal
  2. Click on "Self-Service", located under the Everyday Tools menu on the left-hand side.



  3. Click on the "Financial Aid" tile.



  4. Click on the link "Review and Accept your Financial Aid Award Package"

  5. Scroll down the page:
    1. "Accept" or "Decline" the Subsidized Loan first, than accept the Unsubsidized Loan.
      OR
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and "Accept" or "Decline" all loans.

  6. The below pop-up window will appear after you have accepted or decline all loans. Click on the "View Award Letter" link within the pop-up window:

  7. This takes you to your Award Letter. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  8. Click the checkbox to accept the award package and then click the "Accept" button.

Important

Students must either "Accept" or "Decline" all loans in Financial Aid Self-Service before an Award Package is presented.
